We have a range of vehicles in all shapes and sizes to cover all aspects of private hire and taxi services. Twenty 3 Taxis has a 24-hour taxi service across the Hartlepool area, which is available 365 days a year. We have a fully computerised booking system, whilst all our cars and minibuses are less than two years old and are RAC covered.

In addition to all this, we offer a text-back service whereby if a customer books a taxi by mobile phone they will be sent a text to inform them that the car has arrived, and stating make, colour and registration number of the vehicle. This prevents customer missing their taxi. Also, our ring-back service on a landline alerts the customer by the telephone ringing once at their premises to let them know the taxi has arrived.
